- We pride in having In House 360* Design Team for all our Manufactured Products. The Designs are drafted on Industry leading software & are checked against relevant IS & IEC Standards. The team is responsible for all types of :
- Electrical Design as per Parameters.
- Mechanical Design as per Parameters.
- Client Drawings.
- Shop Fabrication Drawings.
- Raw Material Specifications & Drawings.
- In Process Quality Parameters & Drawings.
- Analysis of Final Test Results against Design for further improvement.

FULLY AUTOMATIC FOIL WINDING MACHINE SETUP
IN HOUSE CRGO SLITTING & CUTTING SET UP
- We have our own inhouse CRGO Slitting & Cutting setup spread across a 9000 sq ft. working area.
- 100% of our CRGO is processed inhouse from imported mother coils as per BIS Norms.
- In House setup helps us to reduce our throughput time for faster deliveries as well keep Quality Control as per our desired requirement.
- We have our own In-House Insulation Shop to provide with all custom built Insulation Items for our Transformers.
- All Gaskets used in the Transformers are custom cut using the specialized CNC Gasket Cutting Machine.
- Items like Core Ladder, Spacers, Blocks, Coil Rings, etc., are all custom built in our In-house Shop.
- In-House manufacturing of these items helps us in reducing our Lead time to manufacture the Transformers.
- We are also able to enforce stricter Quality Control by the virtue of having these items manufactured in-house.
IN HOUSE INSULATION & GASKET CNC SHOP
IN HOUSE FABRICATION SHOP & USE OF CNC MACHINES
- Our plant has a dedicated 16,000 sq ft. Fabrication Shop where all our products are fabricated in house.
- Transformer Tanks, Dry Type Transformer Canopies, CSS Enclosures, LT & HT Panels etc. are all designed & fabricated in house.
- CNC Laser Cutting Machine, CNC Plasma Machines, MIG Welding Sets are used with host of other Industry standard machinery for the fabrication of our MS Products.
IN HOUSE SHOT BLASTING & PAINT SHOP
- We have our own In-House Shot Blasting Setup to prepare the Tank Surface for proper & long lasting painting.
- We have our own In-House separate Primer Paint & Final Paint shops for the tank bodies.
- We use only Epoxy based Poly-Utherene (PU) Paint for our Tank Exterior Surfaces. For the Interior we use Heat Oil Resistant (HOR) paint in our Transformer tanks.
- Post the Paint procedure, the tanks are dried by Industrial Heaters for quick & long lasting grip of the paint on the Tank surface.
IN HOUSE 7 TANK PRE TREATMENT PLANT & POWDER COATING SETUP
- Complete surface treatment process ensures optimal paint adhesion and corrosion resistance.
- 7-stage chemical sequence: degreasing, de-rusting, phosphating, and passivation for MS fabrication.
- Environmentally compliant with zero-discharge recycling and safe chemical handling practices.
- Integrated with powder coating unit for seamless transformer tank finishing and long-term durability.
WELDING CERTIFICATIONS PQR-WPQ - WPS
- Our In-House Tank Fabrication & Welding Team is PQR Certified as per the Section IX, ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code EDITION 2019. All the Fabrication & Welding Work for Tank Fabrication is carried out as per the WELDING PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS (WPS) Section IX ASME Boiler And Pressure Vessel Code (EDITION 2019).
